I’m certain others might be willing to sell you several acres. I am sorry to say that I have no desire to sell anyone my land for any reason. You must understand that it has been in my family for generations, and I intend to keep it that way. I thus ask that you realize these sentiments are not arbitrary, nor an excuse. However, and if I may be so bold as to suggest this, perhaps if you took better care of your patients, this problem would have never arisen to begin with.
