Sept. 2012 The Phantom Hearse Ever since the wanted mortician fled Hemlock, stories about a phantom hearse chasing travelers on horseback and in stagecoaches have increased insurmountably. However, the claims are not always the same. Some say the hearse is pulled by a team of four black horses, whilst others insist there are only two steeds. Yet regardless, all witnesses agree that a man with a gaunt, pallid face and shadowy top hat can be seen on the seat, sometimes smiling as he whipcracks the riding crop.
