Lost Letters
Letter 44 - July 15th, 1890
Dear Mr. Wright,
And now you gracefully exhibit your diplomatic reasoning! Five acres will do quite nicely. However, I fear that I misplaced the letters of which you so urgently write. You must forgive me, as I can be quite forgetful at times. It would certainly be terrible if the press were to obtain them. I suggest that you come visit me at my office on the night that you receive this letter. There is much we need to discuss, and I feel as though we shall finally come to a mutually beneficial agreement. Madness, you see, is the consequence of both guilt and fear. Sanity can only be acquired once we confront that which makes us mad.
With utmost respect,
Jeffrey Randolph
