Lost Letters
Letter 33 - October 6th, 1897
Dear Elizabeth,
I am quite glad you and Fredrick are unharmed. Warwick is a fearful place, and you should remain exceedingly wary of strangers; for who is to say whether or not the escaped inmates will find new clothing or disguises? I pray and hope the police are able to find them—especially the rather violent ones. I do not like to imagine how dozens of madmen are now wandering the countryside. Make certain your doors and windows are locked until every lunatic has been brought back to Warwick. Alas, I am afraid this is only the beginning of Hemlock’s demise. For the past seven years, I have had many grim premonitions.
Love,
Sarah
