The Curse of Luella Williams
A young widow named Luella Williams vanished in October of 1878. The odd circumstances regarding her disappearance have been buried in many rumors since then. And although it is not known what happened, many claim that her ghost intermittently returns to remind the living that her mystery was never solved. According to one story, her spirit dwells within grandfather clocks and will appear between the hours of one and three o’ clock a.m. Some believe she will beseech those who see her apparition to find her body. However, more uncomfortable tales suggest those who see her during the aforementioned hours may meet a ghastly fate similar to her own.
