Journal Entry 56 - May 16th, 1890
Last night a similar dream invaded my sleep. However, this time the unfolding events before me did not end as they had before. There were inhuman shrieks resounding from the fortress, and I received a better glimpse of the spiders. Their many eyes held an orange luminescence—and they scuttled towards me, as if on the hunt. The nearer they advanced, the more I accepted my fate. Then my eyes opened. I ponder the narrative of this particular dream. Although the purpose of its scenes are not manifest, I deeply feel as though there is hidden symbology to be deciphered. No matter, I must forget this all for now, as there are several urgent matters that must be promptly dealt with at Warwick.
