The Winston Manor Mortuary Case
On the evening of November 13th, 1896, police forced their way into the quiet halls of the Winston Manor Mortuary. [This text is missing] was suspected of robbing numerous graves from Hemlock’s main cemetery. At first, everything seemed quite in order. Yet upon entering the attic, they discovered many skeletal remains placed in chairs, all sitting about as if they were alive and conversing. They also found journals in which alleged conversations with the corpses were described.
